About The Author

Jen is a children’s book author, Mom of 4, and wife. She believes in working hard, dreaming big, and being kind. She lives in Southwestern Ontario with her family and quirky black lab named Lucy (who is now turning grey and finds stairs tricky). Jen considers it a privilege to have her books invited into others' homes, and takes great pride in the stories she tells.

"In a world where you can have anything instantly, I am thrilled when families slow down and take time to read and connect through a book. There is beauty in the simplicity of bedtime stories."

Jen has published five books:

  • I don't think I'll be a princess
  • Santa Meets His Match: A TAIL of Perseverance
  • An unlikely friendship: A TAIL of bravery
  • X Marks the spot: A TAIL of Faith
  • And her first Jr. Fiction called My Mysterious Friend, which quickly became a bestseller.
You can expect 2 NEW additions to Jen's collection coming soon: Fall 2024 Had I Only Known, and in 2025 Big Thinkers Unite.

Had I only known is a beautifully thoughtful journey through parenthood from the perspective of hindsight. The perfect book for all future and current parents.

Big Thinkers Unite is a fun and interactive book that is sure to delight its young readers.
